成都爱乐达航空制造股份有限公司成立于2004年3月，2017年8月在深交所创业板上市，股票代码300696。公司专注于航空制造领域，主要从事飞机零部件、航空发动机零件、航天大型结构件的精密制造以及航空地面保障设备的设计制造，具备航空零部件全流程制造能力和航空地面保障设备研发制造能力。

公司成立十余年来，累计参与了30多种型号涉及数万项航空零部件的配套研制及批量生产。产品包括飞机结构类、液压/系统类、发动机类零件的精密制造、特种工艺处理及其部组件装配。加工材质涉及铝合金、钛合金、合金钢、不锈钢、超强钢以及高温合金等。在长期生产过程中，聚集和培养了一批专业的航空制造技术人才队伍，形成了一批广泛应用于公司主营业务的核心技术和专利，建立了持续可靠的质量管控体系和精益高效的生产管理模式。

公司现有员工近千人，拥有四大科研生产、办公场地12万余平方米，分别位于成都高新西区天勤路、安泰二路、康强三路以及成都（新都）航空产业园。公司现有各类生产制造设备280余台（套）、特种工艺产线10余条、部组件装配产线3条，并建有自主设计研发中心。其中：

数控精密制造：拥有三轴数控铣削中心、五轴数控铣削中心、车铣复合中心、卧式铣削中心及数控立车等高端精密制造设备，建立了集智能化、数字化、信息化为一体的柔性数控生产线；

特种工艺产线：拥有镀铬/镀镉/镀锌镍、阳极氧化、喷漆、不锈钢钝化、钛合金酸洗等表面处理和合金钢、不锈钢等材料热处理特种工艺能力，以及无损检测、槽液分析等理化试验能力；

部组件装配：建有小组件装配线、中机身部段装配线以及机体大部段装配线，具备航空组件和大部件装配能力。

设计研发中心：开展了多项任务载荷安装车、机电模拟器、千斤顶等地面保障设备的研发设计和制造，具备航空地面保障设备研发制造能力。

Established in March 2004, Chengdu ALD Aviation Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM in August 2017 with stock code 300696. The company focuses on the field of aviation manufacturing, mainly engaged in the precision manufacturing of aircraft parts, aero-engine parts, aerospace large structural parts and the design and manufacture of aviation ground support equipment, with the ability to manufacture the whole process of aviation parts and aviation ground support equipment research and development and manufacturing capabilities.

Over the past ten years since our establishment, we have been involved in the development and mass production of more than 30 types of aviation components involving tens of thousands of items. Our products include precision manufacturing of aircraft structural, hydraulic system and engine parts, special process treatment and assembly of their components. The materials processed include aluminium alloys, titanium alloys, alloy steels, stainless steels, super-strength steels and high-temperature alloys. During the long-term production process, we have gathered and cultivated a team of professional aerospace manufacturing technicians, formed a number of core technologies and patents that are widely used in our main business, and established a continuous and reliable quality control system and a lean and efficient production management mode.

The company currently employs nearly 1,000 people and has four major research, production and office sites of more than 120,000 square meters, located in Chengdu High-tech West District, Tianqin Road, Antai Road, Kangqiang Road and Chengdu (Xindu) Aviation Industrial Park. The company has more than 280 sets of manufacturing equipment, 10 special process lines and 3 component assembly lines, as well as its own design and R&D centre.

CNC precision manufacturing: We have three-axis CNC milling centre, five-axis CNC milling centre, turning and milling centre, horizontal milling centre and CNC vertical turning and other high-end precision manufacturing equipment, and have established a flexible CNC production line integrating intelligence, digitalization and informationization.

Special process line: with chrome plating/cadmium plating/zinc-nickel plating, anodizing, painting, stainless steel passivation, titanium alloy pickling and other surface treatment and alloy steel, stainless steel and other materials heat treatment special process capabilities, as well as non-destructive testing, tank liquor analysis and other physical and chemical testing capabilities.

Component assembly: The company has built a small component assembly line, a medium fuselage section assembly line and a large fuselage section assembly line, with the capability of assembling aviation components and large parts.

Design and Development Centre: we has carried out the R&D, design and manufacture of a number of mounting vehicles, electromechanical simulators, jacks and other ground support equipment, and is capable of developing and manufacturing aviation ground support equipment.
